Our National Cadet Corps CCA
In National Cadet Corps (NCC), our programmes revolve around three key thrusts: Leadership, Fitness and Commitment to Singapore. NCC has a comprehensive leadership competency model that is infused in the NCC curriculum to ensure cadets’ are equipped with the leadership skills at the end of the 4-5 years in NCC. NCC also offers a wide range of adventure and experiential programmes to develop resourceful, responsible, resilient, loyal leaders and team players.Cadets will also have opportunities to participate in national defence related events to gain greater awareness and appreciation of Singapore’s defence capabilities and their role as a citizen of Singapore.
